Background

Pretty Sheba and her wee kittens were living on the street in North Central, seeking shelter inside some broken concrete steps. The kittens fit but Sheba didn't so she stayed under the shrubs and had to weather the heavy rains of June out of doors. Thankfully they were rescued and placed into foster care after the lady that owned the house where they sheltered reached out to us for help to get the family placed into foster care.

Sheba is a little doll who loves people and attention, but she can get a little  over-stimulated in busy environments and can be reactive and a bit nippy.  Sheba has had limited experience with other animals.

However, Sheba is doing great in RCR care.  She is a smart, chatty and bossy little girl who loves to play and is learning to be relaxed with her foster family. She is very playful -  you should see how she flips and flies with the wand toy when it's presented to her. Sheba is learning to trust and is not as reactive as she was when first placed into care. This clever young lady enjoys time with her foster mom and knows the word gentle. She is a lovely girl,  but is likely  not a good fit with small children due to her uncertain time on the streets.
