Background
Lani is only a year old, but she's had a rough life for such a pretty and petite young cat. She was noticed earlier this year hanging around stray by a kind lady who feeds a number of stray cats in her North Central neighbourhood. She believes that Lani had a litter of kittens over the summer that did not survive. Lani recently turned up again of the lady’s doorstep again, heavily pregnant and looking for food. This time the woman took her inside right away and contacted Regina Cat Rescue for help.
In addition to being pregnant, Lani had a broken tail, a severe eye infection, and a bad case of ear mites.
Lani has now been treated for her various ailment, is fully recovered, and is looking for a home that will give her the love and TLC that she deserves.
Lani is very sweet and has a wonderful personality. She likes attention, and purrs her appreciation like crazy when she gets it!
