Background
While out for an afternoon walk along a busy street, Cosmo’s rescuer spotted him walking along the street looking for some love and affection. After Cosmo followed the woman on her walk all the way back to her house, she couldn’t turn Cosmo away. Unable to keep Cosmo, the woman contacted RCR for help.
Cosmo had very badly matted fur when he was first rescued and several large mats have had to be cut out. His foster family brushes Cosmo daily to continue to get some of the smaller mats worked out, and he is slowly getting used to the brushing.
Cosmo is a very affectionate guy and will happily come to any new visitor to her foster home to say hi and to get the pets he loves so much. He likes to talk to his foster family and will follow them from room to room just so he can be close.
Cosmo is being fostered with another cat who he quickly befriended along with two dogs who he is slowly adjusting to.
