Background
Lucy is a smart girl who seemed to know where to go to be rescued. When she found herself homeless and hungry she wandered into the yard of a cat loving husband and wife who fed Lucy and took her to the vet to get her fixed. Unfortunately, this sweet girl and the resident cats didn’t get along and the family contacted RCR for help.
Lucy is currently being fostered in a home with multiple cats and a large dog who are all very used to new fosters coming and going. Lucy is very unsure of herself around the other animals and would love to be the only feline in her new families home. She is extremely affectionate and will snuggle on her foster mom’s lap for hours at a time getting pets and cuddles. At bedtime Lucy is curled up close in the bed making sure she gets every chance to snuggle with her foster mom.
Though Lucy would love to be the only feline in her family’s life, with patience and the right introduction Lucy could learn to enjoy the company of another furry friend.
