Background

Sapphira is one of several kittens RCR took in from a rescue group located in Virden Manitoba called “Strays that Can’t Pay.”  With the severe flooding of late June, early July, the Virden rescued group was overwhelmed with displaced stray cats and kittens in desperate need of homes.  Thankfully RCR was able to lend a helping hand and Sapphira, along with several other cats and kittens, were taken into care.

Sapphira is a sweet girl who loves to be held.  The minute her foster mom picks her up, she is purring so loud she can be heard across a room.  Sapphira will roll right over in her foster mom’s arms to get belly rubs too, and she just can’t seem to get enough attention.  Don’t let her affectionate side fool you though, she is still a kitten and that means play time too.

If you are interested in Sapphira, click here to view our adoption contract and click here to complete an adoption application or email RCR adoption coordinator Alanna at abanana71@gmail.com for more info.

Please note; in the event there are multiple inquiries for a cat or kitten, Regina Cat Rescue will select the best suited home in the interest of a successful adoption.

Adoption fee: $100

All adoption fees and sponsorship donations contribute towards veterinary care and other costs associated with caring for Regina Cat Rescue rescued cats and kittens
