Background
During the severe flooding in July, Tiny Tott found herself flooded out of the only home she'd ever know, with nowhere to go. Thankfully a caring person took her in until RCR had foster space available.
Tiny Tott is an incredible affectionate girl who just can't seem to get enough cuddles and pets. If she is in the mood to snuggle she will climb on her foster mom's lap and rub her cheek along her foster mom's cheek so she can get the attention she craves. She was fostered with both cats and a dog and got along with everyone.
