Background
Abbott was born to a momma cat who had become feral after being dumped on an acreage outside Regina when she was no longer wanted. Though the owners of the acreage tried multiple times to trap her and have her spayed, she always managed to elude them and then Abbott and his litter mates were born. While the kittens were still young enough to socialize, the owners contacted RCR for help getting the kittens homes and to get mom trapped and fixed.
Abbott is a sweet and playful cat who loves cats and people alike. He loves to run around with the other cats in his foster home playing chase and wrestling. He loves any toy with feathers and will happily pounce on them and drag them around. He'd love to have a feline friend in his forever home.
Abbott enjoys pets, head rubs and chin scratches. He starts purring moments after he is picked up and spends each night sleeping at his foster mom's feet. Abbott is a happy and fun cat who would be the perfect addition to any family.
