Background

Obsidian was rescued on a cold January day when an RCR foster family noticed a small cat huddled outside their home, crying due to the severe cold.  They bundled her up and took her inside, and notified RCR for help.

This family truly saved this little cat's life, as even at her young age, she was suffering from a serious uterine infection and needed emergency surgery. Thankfully, Obsidian has made a full recovery and is now doing fine and enjoying lots of TLC in her foster home.

Obsidian is being fostered with a dog, a bunny and several cats, and gets along fine. She is also very good with the children in the home, and would make an ideal family pet, or would be a sweet cat companion for anyone wanting a sweet, furry addition to their family.

If you are interested in Obsidian, click here to view our adoption contract and click here to complete an adoption application or email RCR adoption coordinator Alanna at abanana71@gmail.com for more info.

Please note; in the event there are multiple inquiries for a cat or kitten, Regina Cat Rescue will select the best suited home in the interest of a successful adoption.

Adoption fee: $100

All adoption fees and sponsorship donations contribute towards veterinary care and other costs associated with caring for Regina Cat Rescue rescued cats and kittens
