Background
Ava was rescued in severe distress. Her uterus was prolapsed and she was struggling to care for her two young kittens. The family of three were in a fragile state. Sadly, one of Ava's kittens did not make it, but she and her remaining kitten pulled through and thrived in foster care. You can read more about Ava's rescue story here. Now Ava is healthy and ready for her forever home!
Ava flourished in her foster home. She loves head rubs, chin scratches and to be petted. After being a stray for so long she can be a little shy when meeting new people, but after an hour or two she warms up and is ready for some affection. She likes to stay close to her foster mom, often following her from room to room. At night you'll find her snuggled up on the bed, ready for any pets that come her way.
This sweet girl has definitely learned to love life indoors. She loves canned food, stretching out on the soft carpet and relaxing on the window sill watching the world outside. She's an all around great kitty who just needs a home to call her own!
