Background
This very handsome looking fellow has been living under the deck of an RCR volunteer for over a year now. When Mr B first arrived he was very unsure of people and would stand at a distance while the volunteer talked to him and made sure he had food, water and a shelter box to go in when the temperatures got too cold. After a year of earnings his trust, Mr B decided that the volunteer could be trusted and he was quickly taken in and fixed before being returned to his "home." Though the volunteer had tried to bring Mr B inside after he was fixed, he would head out the door as soon as the opportunity presented itself. When the temperatures got so cold around New Year's, Mr B decided that living indoors was actually quite nice and he has been there since.
Mr B loves getting pets from anyone willing to show him some attention. He's not fond of being picked up or held, but he immediately comes when his foster mom calls his name and he is more than happy to curl up on the couch beside her. He is living in a home with a 6 month old baby and he has no problem sitting beside her on the couch while she "talks" to him.
Mr B is slowly adjusting to the other cats in his foster home, but would also be happy if he was the only King in his new castle. He is still afraid of the dog in his foster home, but with the right introduction, and a cat savvy dog, he could learn to share his home with someone from the canine family.
