Background

Lipstick was found cold and hungry on a recent chilly morning by a kind citizen who wasn't allowed cats in his rental so he contacted Regina Cat Rescue for help.

Volunteers immediately fell in love with this little girl who is very social and snuggly. She has beautiful tabby markings, pretty green eyes and a half-tabby, half orange tail that looks like it belongs on another cat!  She has been fostered with cats and dogs but would prefer to be the only queen of her castle
