Background

Thrifty was found hungry and homeless outside of a Thrift store in Regina by a cat loving woman who simply couldn't leave Thrifty there to continue fending for himself.  Though he was already fixed, he had no tattoo, microchip, or other form of identification and it was impossible to locate an owner.

Thrifty is a sweet guy who loves any kind of attention that he can get from people, he even enjoys belly rubs.  Though he is being fostered with other cats, he would prefer to be the only feline in his future forever home.  He will make up for this requirement with lots of love, purrs and snuggles, and of course, giving you the privilege of rubbing his belly
