Background
Benji is a handsome young male who showed up at the backyard feeding station of an RCR volunteer. Due to high volumes of rescues and uncertainty as to his temperament, Benji was neutered and released earlier in the summer and received support at the feeding station. When he showed up with some serious injuries, he was scooped up and placed in a foster home where he has proven to be a really sweet and wonderful cat.
Benji is a bit shy at first, given his history as a stray, but once he warms up he is all about love. Benji is being fostered with several other cats and two dogs, and is very well socialized with people and other animals. He loves to play with toys and is an excellent friendly little cat once he gets comfortable with people. Benji is gentle and well behaved, and will make a great feline friend for any cat lover who has a big heart and a bit of patience for a shy but sweet guy.
