Background

Regina Cat Rescue (RCR) volunteers were contacted by concerned neighbours who had heard the cries of a kitten living under a deck at a vacant home. RCR volunteers responded and were able to trap the young kitten and get her into foster care.

Once in foster care, Eleanor needed socialization to learn to trust humans. Because of her young age she came around quickly and now enjoys attention from humans. Eleanor can be a little shy with new people at first and she doesn't enjoy being picked up, but she loves chin and head scratches, pets and curling up for cuddles at night. She also loves to play and wrestle with the other kittens in her foster home and would do well with a feline friend in her forever home. If you're looking for a sweet and friendly girl with an independent nature, Eleanor may be the kitten for you.

Because of her long hair, Eleanor requires regular brushing.

Please note: in the event there are multiple inquiries for a cat or kitten, Regina Cat Rescue will select the best suited home in the interest of a successful adoption.

Adoption fee: $140
