Other information: Lilac and Luther are a bonded pair that need to be adopted together. They are currently fostered together with a small dog and other cats.

Background

Lilac and Luther were abandoned on a farm as kittens and rescued by a kind, cat loving couple who wanted them to have a better life.  The kittens were very shy in the beginning but their love of dangly toys and soft food allowed their foster mom to win them over and they quickly showed their affectionate sides.

These two are a bonded pair who love head rubs, looking out windows, playing with feather toys, mouseys, scratch posts, treats and soft cat food.

Lilac is cautiously curious and takes a little longer to warm up to people.  She’s more independent than her “show off” brother.  She will stare at you with her adorable little head tilt for the longest while and join you at night for some head massaging and back scratches.  She’s a tv watcher and also really enjoys watching the water drip out of a tap. 

Luther is the more outgoing and cuddly (especially at night) kitty.  He’s super curious and very nosy.  He’s a chatterbox who loves hearing his name and will even answer to it. 

Lilac and Luther are shy and they will need someone with a bit of patience to let them settle, as they are nervous around new people and scared in a new setting. Once they know you they are the sweetest little duo and will be lovely pets.

Adoption fee: $150/pair

All adoption fees and sponsorship donations contribute towards veterinary care and other costs associated with caring for Regina Cat Rescue rescued cats and kittens.
