Background

Annabelle and her siblings were discovered in the attic of farmhouse at only 3 weeks of age with no mama cat in sight. The concerned homeowner contacted Regina Cat Rescue for help caring for the wee kittens, who were still too young to be separated from their mama. The kittens were placed in foster care and while the others did well, Annabelle initially failed to thrive and struggled to keep up with her brothers. Thankfully she eventually pulled through and has been making up for lost time ever since!

Annabelle is a clever, curious and confident young cat who loves to play. She has high energy and sometimes she seems to have only two speeds - all-out or completely crashed.  Interactive toys are her favourite, but she will entertain herself with stuffed mice and other toys when her people aren’t available to play. When she’s worn out from playing, she enjoys pets and cuddles with her foster mom. She also gets along well with the other cats in the foster home and at nap time can often be found snuggled up with one or the other of them. Annabelle loves soft food and has a good appetite - she needs fuel for all that playtime!
