Background
While visiting friends, a cat loving person witnessed Zalaia being mistreated and stepped in to find out who she belonged to. When no one claimed to be the owner, the person picked Zalaia up and took her home so she could be safe while the person contacted RCR for help.
Zalaia is an extremely affectionate cat and is happy to just curl up in her foster mom’s lap and sit for hours on end. She quickly made friends with the cats of varying ages in her foster home and would be fine with a feline friend in her forever home. Zalaia is not a fan of the dog in her foster home though, and when the dog is inside the house, Zalaia can be found hiding in the basement so the dog can’t bother her.
This very sweet girl will make the perfect lap cat for someone looking for a snuggle buddy for the cold winter nights that are just around the corner.
