Background
I’m Houdini. My brother Knieval and I arrived at RCR when a local dog rescue found us in the cold during a rescue effort of their own. Knieval jumped right into foster care and I was right there behind him. I’m an intrepid explorer. I often perform disappearing acts which leave my caretakers on the edge of their seats. I know all the best hiding spots and can blend in with my surroundings.
I love to be adored and doted upon. The affection of my humans keeps me performing my mystifying disappearing tricks. There’s nothing like seeing their faces light up when I reappear. I do well with young kids and other cats, like my brother Knieval, and, I’d be great as a first pet or in a multi-pet home. Shall we dive into this forever home thing together?
