Background

In her first few months of life, Rachel’s traveled further than most cats will in their entire lives! Born in White City to a stray mama, she and her five siblings were taken into foster care at the tender age of four months and have since thrived. Rachel’s laid back, playful, and independent spirit is already turning heads. She has had exposure to, and gets along with, dogs, children, and other cats.

Since being taken into foster care, Rachel’s good-natured demeanor has stood out as a cat that will easily fit in a variety of settings. Whether with a first-time pet owner, or in a household with other pets and/or children. Her temperament is laid-back and independent, but also playful and funny.

While Rachel is able to amuse herself with toys, but finds having a cat or two to hang around with preferable. As kittens are wont, she is playful and rambunctious, but not the sort to get into trouble. Come night time, she’ll snuggle up to you and pad around with her adorable tortie paws. With so many endearing qualities, those keen on Rachel shouldn’t wait to meet her!
