Background
Pugsley and his buddy Curly found themselves in need of a new home when their owner experienced a life change that left him unable to care for two cats. So he contacted a Regina Cat Rescue volunteer for help.
Pugsley’s a little cat character who has a dog like personality. He loves to play tug of war with a rope in his mouth and he will growl like a puppy as he's doing it. Pugsley loves playing with all his cat toys and with the laser pointer. He races like mad around the house at least once a day to get all his energy out. He loves to sit on the couch and look out the window until people come home where he races to greet them at the door.
Unlike a typical dog, Pugsley is not looking for your approval or attention. When he wants some scratches and pets, he does so on his own time and he will be very affectionate. If he doesn’t want attention he is very vocal by growling. He never meows, just communicates with growls which are independent of his mood. He does love play and is all about boxes, baskets, bags, purses, cupboard shelves and drawers to crawl into. It never gets old for him to discover a new place. At the end of the day, Pugsley will be the first one at the end of the bed to curl up for the night.
