Background
Carl came into RCR care when a kind family on a farm just outside Regina messaged us that a tame and friendly cat had been dropped off on their property during the recent cold and was frantic to get inside. A frequent target for animal drop offs, they feed many animals that soon move on but they quickly recognized that Carl was a sweet and tame cat who was not cut out for fending for himself out in the cold.
Carl is definitely happy to be safe, warm, and the recipient of lots of TLC! He is a bit shy at first, but that's only natural after his scary experience as a stray out in the country when he is clearly a tame and loving cat. Carl loves pets and cuddles once he knows you, and he is gaining confidence and becoming more social and interactive every day. This sweet boy is a great fit for a quiet home with few or no other pets as he does love to relax and cuddle one-on-one.
