Background

Nelson was a happy new year surprise for RCR when he turned up at one of our feeding stations recently seeking food and warmth. We weren't planning on trapping him but couldn't bear to put him out in the cold once he was nabbed. This sweet and gentle guy has been a pleasant surprise in terms of how quickly he warmed up. Now, we are seeking so share Nelson's love with a lucky adopter.

Nelson is a handsome tabby fellow who was rescued by the RCR Community Cat team who recognized the sweet Nelson is a lover not a fighter and they got him off the streets. Nelson is a bit shy at first but he also has excellent manners and is grateful for pets and cuddles. He is very gentle and easy to handle and quickly won the hearts of RCR volunteers with his easygoing ways. 

Nelson is a little bit shy but he quickly overcame those shy tendencies and went one on one with a fan!
