Background
Joelle’s an adorable young kitten who came into Regina Cat Rescue care when her guardian was diagnosed with a serious medical issue with a poor prognosis, leaving her unable to care for a young kitten. Joelle was placed in foster care and she has soaked up the TLC and is ready for a home of her own.
Joelle’s a sweet and spunky little cat who makes you aware of her presence! She loves to be with people and would enjoy being an only pet with a young family. This little love will make the day of her lucky adopter every day. She’s a volunteer fave who adores attention and affection.
