Background
Hugo is a regal, handsome young cat rescued by a Regina Cat Rescue volunteer over a year ago, along with his litter mates, as they couldn’t bear to leave the kittens on the street with winter looming. The kittens were placed in foster care and are shy but warm to people if shown a bit of patience
Hugo is a bit of a timid boy but he's coming along nicely. Having a cat buddy around is a huge help for Hugo, and gives him lots of confidence as well as demonstrating that humans can be full of love. Hugo would benefit from a home that has a buddy for him to show him the ropes. He likes to have time to warm up to people and does best if you let him approach you. Once Hugo has warmed up and feels comfortable, he's affectionate and loves to have his butt scratched.
