Background

Poppy’s a beautiful cat who spent much of the fall and winter stray in a Regina bedroom community. Scared of people after many months on his own, Poppy had to be trapped to get him to safety,  but once in foster care he showed his true potential to be a loving and affectionate cat.

Poppy ‘s definitely shy with new people at first, but he has come a long way since his initial rescue. He was even curious and cuddly with the photographer that took his pictures! Poppy’s a quiet gentle fellow who would do best in a quiet home without young children. He prefers a slow approach and patient touch, but he does reward you with lots of affection. He just needs patience after many months on his own, but he will reward you with much love and happiness!
