Background

Francis is a handsome and loving fellow who has had a rough start in life. Abandoned, stray and the victim of many a cat fight, this sweet boy sadly ended up with Feline Immunodeficiency Virus ( FIV), which is caused by deep bite wounds from another cat. However, things are looking up for sweet Francis. He’s safe and sound in foster care, where he is thriving and happy.

Sweet Francis was quick to win the hearts of RCR volunteers. He came to us as a battle-worn stray, but his loving and gentle nature were immediately apparent and we knew right away he didn't belong on the street. Francis is friendly, easygoing and gets along well with the other cats in his foster home. He doesn't ask for much, just a gentle touch and full food dish are all this special little cat needs, and he is quick to show his gratitude with cuddles and purrs. Francis is a lovely and healthy cat who can offer his lucky adopter a lifetime of love. Please click here to learn more about cats and FIV.
