Background

Ernie is a long-time RCR colony cat that we knew was tame, but we had to work to earn his trust. When one of our volunteers realized he was plagued by ear mites and needed vet care, she scooped him and after he received much needed vet care, Ernie was placed into foster care. It was a slow start as he'd been through so much on the street, but his friendly and affectionate nature quickly shone through.

Ernie is a sweet and handsome fellow who has a personality and heart that are larger than life. This adorable tabby served his time on the streets and is more than happy to be safe and loved in a foster home. He loves to be with his foster mom and gets along well with the resident cat. Ernie is a fun and friendly character who provides lots of entertainment to his foster mom. Ernie has put the rough life on the streets behind him and wants nothing more than to share his love with a devoted adopter.
