Background
Joey’s a handsome young fellow who made his way to a local business, scared and hungry after an early spring storm. Luckily, it was a cat-friendly business where the staff welcomed Joey and cared for him while found posts were filed in hopes of finding an owner. Joey quickly became a hit with the staff, but they wanted him to find a home of his own. When he went unclaimed after several days, he was placed into foster care.
Joey’s still a bit shy after his time on the street, but he adapted well to life in foster care. He’s quiet, easygoing and not demanding although he does enjoy lap time! He’s simply happy to have some TLC and regular meals, and loves to just chill and look out the window at the world. Joey’s the perfect match for someone seeking a cat companion who enjoys being with people, but is independent enough not to need constant attention.
