Background
Precious little Percy is a handsome and affectionate fellow who is thriving in RCR foster care, but would love to find home of his own. This sweet boy is charming and adaptable and sure to thrive.
Percy and his siblings were born to a feral mom on the streets, and were plucked just in time. Just as the mama set out to move them, Percy was snapped and placed in foster care. He's a bits shy with strangers but his love of attention and affection will win out quickly. Percy would thrive in a home with another cat to share his adventures.
