Background
Hazel and her family were discovered in a wood pile on an acreage by the homeowners. They reached out to Regina Cat Rescue for help with the new mama and her babies. Once in foster care, Hazel and her sister took some time getting used to humans. It was a slow process, but now little Hazel has adapted to the sights and sounds of life indoors with loving humans.
Hazel is a quiet kitten who enjoys playing with other cats and humans. She fancies herself a hunter, as one of her favourite games is chasing toy mice. Hazel is a shy girl, and can take some time getting used to new people. Patience pays off, though, because once she gets used to you, she will curl up in your arms and purr the day away. Hazel is best suited for a quiet home with no children or dogs.
