Background
Penelope and her two siblings were an unwanted litter living in an unsafe situation when RCR was contacted for help. The young kittens were placed in foster care and have thrived. Sweet Penelope is ready for a forever home of her own!
Penelope is a sweet and chatty little kitten who loves to climb up and perch on your shoulder. She loves food and loves to cuddle. Penelope does well with other cats and is also fostered with a large dog. She would make a great addition to a family with other pets. This loving and lovely little cat is sure to add much love and laughter to her forever home.
