Background
Noel is a unique and sweet girl who has had a hard time finding a forever home. Returned twice to RCR through no fault of her own, Noel is enjoying her time with her foster family but is still on the hunt for her forever home. We are hoping that the 3rd time's the charm for beautiful Noel.
Noel is a friendly and playful young cat with an original personality who will make you smile with her goofy antics. She loves to play, suntan in the cat tree and play in the water via shower or tub. The best part of her day is getting towel dried and a shoulder dive into the sink! Noel does great with other cats and will let her people know when she's in the mood for affection, she likes to lay beside you with her tummy uip for a quick rub and gently nibble on your hand. She is very vocal when it comes to mealtime and makes sure everyone's bowl is licked clean. This little character is sure to add lots of love and laughter to her lucky forever home.
