Background
Precious Poppy is a sweet and happy little fellow who was found stray on the side of a highway near a Regina bedroom community. He was fortunate to be spotted by a concerned resident who took him home and contacted RCR for help. He was rescued on Remembrance Day and named in honour of Canada's veterans.
Poppy is one of the sweetest and most affectionate rescues we've encountered so far this year! He is a very friendly and affectionate fellow and quickly became a volunteer favourite. Poppy is easygoing, friendly and laid back as the pictures show. He is a young cat at 10 months and adaptable to living with other pets if properly introduced but he is also happy to be an only cat and claim ALL the attention. He is just looking for someone with lots of love to share!
