Background

Mr. Magoo was one of three kittens that came to RCR care in the early fall when the person caring for them was threatened with eviction. We soon noticed that little Mr. Magoo had a limp and didn't put weight on one leg. It turned out to be a fractured femur and Mr. Magoo underwent an orthopedic surgery known as a Femoral Head Ostectomy to restore pain-free mobility to the hip. That was followed by several months of rehabilitation. Through it all, this little fellow has been a champ and it hasn't slowed him down at all. He has been declared fully recovered and is ready for his forever home.

This sweet little kitten adores people and likes to climb up and sit on your shoulder. Mr. Magoo likes to chat, and is always up for a good meal. He can be a little bundle of energy and loves to play, but he also is sure to make lots of time for cuddles and kisses with his human friends. Mr. Magoo also loves the resident dog and can often be found snuggling with him. He is also good with other cats and would be a great addition to a home looking for a feline friend, preferably with other pets.
