Background

Handsome Chili is a fun and playful young cat who was born to a feral mama, but rescued and socialized by a caring family along with her two siblings so that he would be sure to find a loving home. Although the kittens were very shy at first, the family persevered and Chili is ready to join a new home of his own, preferably one with another friendly cat.

Little Chili was the last of the litter to come around socially, but he’s been catching up quickly. Chili is reserved and it takes him a while to play but he does love romping around with his siblings. He also loves to relax and seek comfort from his foster family in bed at night, and uses it as a comfort. When he’s on the bed, he relaxes, spreads out, lets you rub his belly and gives you some very deep purrs. Chili is especially relaxed at night and can often be found cuddling up to our legs in the mornings. He is shy and will take a while to come around to new people - he tends to find all the best hiding places. However, food is a way to Chili’s heart. When you gain his trust he rewards you with strong purrs and rubs.
