Background
Little Erica is a young mama who was rescued with a litter of six kittens from under a deck during a heat wave last summer. Erica and her kittens were placed in foster care and the kittens all went on to find loving homes. Erica needed more time to learn to trust people and become comfortable as a spoiled house cat. Thanks to a diligent and loving foster home, Erica is ready to find a home of her own!
Erica is a petite cat who managed to care for her six kittens during the summer heat with few resources at her disposal, but she is a trooper and she prevailed. Erica is shy with new people at first, but once she gets to know you she is very loving and enjoys plenty of lap time. She has been known to spend hours on her foster mom's lap! Erica has learned to enjoy playing with toys, and she would love to be adopted into a home with another easy going cat to give her confidence. It may not be immediate, but earning her love and trust will be incredibly gratifying and her lucky adopter will have a very loving cat to cuddle and adore.
