Background
Miso is a unique and handsome fellow who came into RCR care when a local dog rescue discovered him and another cat in rough shape and in need of care while they were undertaking a large dog rescue. Thankfully, Miso and friend were rescued and brought to the safety of an RCR foster home where they adapted well.
Miso is looking good and feeling fine after a recent groom. As a long haired cat, he will need regular brushing to keep his coat nice and soft, but this sweet fellow is worth the effort! He's a relaxed and easy going fellow who is content to do his own thing. He can get along with other cats but would also love to be an only cat and rule the roost. He is indifferent to the dogs in his foster home. Miso is the ideal cat for an experienced cat owner who favours large, longer haired breeds such as Maine Coones.
