Background
The dynamic duo of Sunny and Cher came into RCR care in the early days of spring after a kind citizen contacted us for help after witnessing their plight over the winter. Sunny did his best to protect Cher from other cats but they were also mistreated by people who saw them as unwanted strays. Sunny and Cher are wonderful cats who are grateful to be safe in foster care, but sadly poor Cher suffered an eye injury that has healed over and is not bothering her in any way. The two cats are incredibly sweet and have thrived in foster care. They deserve the best home possible after all they have endured.
Sunny is a fun fellow who loves to play and cuddle equally and he does them both with a lot of enthusiasm. He’s the more dominant personality of the duo, very good natured and completely laid back with kids. Cher is a complete sweetheart. She will melt anyone's heart, guaranteed. She has a quieter demeanor but is very attentive, always follows you around and likes to be involved in what you’re doing. Cher is great with kids, and isn't bothered by the large whining dog that stands at the door. Sunny and Cher like to do everything together – from going to the litter box to scratching the scratch post. They are inseparable, and it's very endearing. They love attention from people and each other, so it’s such a perfect mix.
