Background

Waldo was a dirty, bedraggled and timid stray when he showed up on Regina Cat Rescue's radar screen approximately six weeks ago. He was assumed to be feral and was treated as a Trap/Neuter/Return project, but deep down, we thought he might be a tame and loving cat! Luckily, we were right and Waldo was placed in foster care where he seems to love the life of a house cat! He just needs a home of his own now.

Waldo is a distinguished older gentleman who is friendly and social with his foster family. Waldo is a very nice cat, but he is an older cat that tolerates other animals but would probably like to be the only pet in the home. Waldo would be good with older kids but not toddlers. He’s not the kind of cat you can go up to and grab. If he doesn't like something you are doing, he’ll nip or swipe you. However, if he knows you, he loves to be petted and will sit in your lap. There is no end to his charms! Waldo is a gem who loves people despite his past life as a stray, and he will offer his lucky forever home a lifetime of love.
