Background
Calista is a beautiful little calico lady who suddenly appeared on a farm near Pilot Butte as a tiny kitten, very thin, hungry and in need of help. The rescuers know one of RCR's foster families and so they were able to reach out and get help for Calista quickly. Calista has thrived in foster care and is now ready for a home of her own.
Calista is a sweet, loving and masterful kitten who took over her foster home instantly. She walked into the home with no fear or care in the world. Calista adores being a spoiled foster kitten and she has trained her foster family to ensure she gets her own way regardless of whether she is with her foster mom or hanging out with other pets in the home. Calista equally loves helping with chores, cuddling and running with other cats. She would do well with another cat in the home or older children who can give her the play time she needs.
