Background
Phil is a sweetheart of a cat that was rescued from a busy location for strays that kept RCR volunteers over the summer and into the fall. He was dehydrated and running a fever but he has recovered nicely in his foster home and is a healthy and happy cat. Phil is ready to find a forever home of his own.
Phil is a friendly and affectionate cat who is a bit shy in new situations but adapts well given a bit of patience. He is great at being handled and loves to be close to his foster mom. Phil will sit on your lap and quietly purr for a few minutes, but then is likely to be off again looking for something to play with. His favourites include the dog's toys and his own tail! He also likes to attack feet under the blankets. Phil will definitely let you know when it's mealtime. Phil is a handsome, shiny and loving fellow who is ready for a forever family with or without other pets.
