Background
Phillip was a handsome one year old cat when he came into RCR care the first time. A staff member at the vet clinic where he was checked out was so smitten that she adopted him, but unfortunately wasn't able to keep him. Phillip is back in foster care after a few pit stops along the way. He was a bit bewildered at first but was quick to settle in and let his charming personality shine through. Phillip is ready for a true forever home and we are hoping the third time's the charm for this sweet guy.
Phillip is a chatty and inquisitive fellow who lets you know when he wants attention or wants to play. He's got lots of energy but he also enjoys pets and cuddles. He has a super soft coat and beautiful colouring, along with the prettiest blue eyes. Phillip is one fine fellow who is sure to melt your heart. He has been exposed to other cats and will do well with others if gradually introduced per best practices for pet integration.
