Background
Lotto was discovered stray when she wandered into an apartment window and surprised the resident. Unable to locate an owner, the man contacted Regina Cat Rescue for help and she was placed into foster care. With all her wonderful qualities, her lucky adopter will be winning the lotto when it comes to adopting a cat!
Lotto is a beautiful young kitten who has lots of energy and spunk. She loves to play and wrestle with other kittens and keeps busy exploring every inch of her foster home, especially the high spots. Lotto is also a very sweet kitten and she enjoys pets and cuddles once she has tired herself out. Lotto would do well in a family with kids and other pets as she needs lots of playtime and stimulation.
