Background
Meet Obie, a friendly and dashingly handsome one-year-old cat. He was found by a lovely family, who provided him with the necessary vet care, as he was afflicted with mites. With that taken care of, he became one of the family.
Obie's story doesn't end there, however! Unfortunately for him, he was surrendered when the oldest of the family cats took a strong dislike to and attacked him. With no hope of reconciliation, the family availed to Regina Cat Rescue. Since then, Obie's been in RCR's care, but he deserves to find his forever home.
Obie is easily distinguished by his pattern of white and black fur, resembling that of a "tuxedo," and his jade-green eyes. He likes taking long naps in baskets, eating soft food, and inquisitively inspecting bathtubs, which fascinate him. He also likes nothing better than hangin' out with his fave human companion, and especially likes being combed. For those who'd like to meet Obie, they can head on over to the South PetSmart.
