Adopted February 11th, 2011

If a picture is worth 1000 words, his picture is worth at least double! Kitsi is a handsome 1-2 year old Himalayan cross who spent most of the fall and early winter sheltering under the deck of a People For Animals foster home. Kitsi was frightened and injured, but the volunteer finally managed to lure him inside and found he was a mess of wounds (see blog below).

Kitsi was quickly taken to the vet where he had the wounds treated and tested for negative for FLV/FIV. Nurtured back to health and handsomeness, he is neutered and ready for adoption. Once safe inside and feeling better, he came around very quickly - he is gentle, sweet and friendly. He loves being pet and getting brushed, during which he purrs like crazy. Kitsi will need his new family to upkeep his grooming as he has alot of fur to take care of! He is currently fostered alone but would likely adapt well to other cats.

Adoption Fee: $60

All adoption costs contribute to the veterinary fees and funds required for local animal rescue through People For Animals.
