Tigger
Adopted August 15th, 2011
Meet Rider and Tigger. These 2 sweet babies could have met an ill and uncertain fate as they were found being given away for free by a boy in a schoolyard recently, ready to be given to any passerbyer who would take them. Luckily for the little babies, a PFA volunteer's son and schoolmate to the boy came upon them and let his mom know, who kindly took them in to foster care so a proper and loving home could be found. One of the kittens was even too young to have been taken away from her momma, so she is lucky to be in a loving home who takes great care of her!
Rider is the little black and white kitten (Pictures 1 & 2). She's 12 weeks old and has her first vaccination. The other kitten is Tigger (Pictures 3,4 & 5) - a tabby female who is only 5-6 weeks old now and who will not be ready for adoption until the end of July. As mentioned above, she was taken from her mama too soon so is still trying to get used to soft food but is doing fine!
They are both sweet and playful, doing well with the adult cat and small dog in the home ,and are great with kids. They are both litter box trained, used to being handled and very cuddly. When there are multiple inquiries for a kitten, People For Animals will select the best suited home in the interest of a successful adoption.
***It is a contractual agreement to have the kitten spayed or neutered at the approximate age of 6 months when adopting a kitten from PFA**
