Meet Mookie, a handsome black and white gentleman who is 6 years old, sterilized and de-clawed. He also has current vaccinations.

Mookie found his life turned upside down when his human companion passed away suddenly without making plans for what would happen to her pets. Until recently, he was still living in the home with several other cats plus a couple of dogs, with a kind neighbour feeding them daily. However, Mookie is a lovebug who adores having a lap to sit in and people to love him, and was very lonely. He is very gentle, and loves to brushed and cuddled.

Mookie is very much a gentleman and has a loving personality. He is very social and will remind you that he is around to be petted by putting his paw on your leg or arm, being very vocal, or by giving good head butts.

Mookie is a terrific cat who deserves a second chance at a happy home.

**Mookie is declawed and therefore must be a strictly indoor-only cat**
