Chopper

My name is Chopper, I'm 2.5 years old. I'm a handsome orange rogue with street savvy, a lot like Thomas O'Malley in the "Aristocats". My first family let me run free until I was hit by a car. With a broken hip, it took me almost 3 days to drag myself home. I was lucky though, a kind neighbour took me to the vet. I had to have surgery - ugh. In the same day, I was shaved to my waist, had hip surgery, and was neutered! I recovered well, but my fur hadn't all grown back when my family moved and abandoned me, half-starved, in an empty apartment. But I was lucky again because a friend of the kind neighbour is looking after me until I find a true home of my own. I've gained weight, all my fur is back, and my leg has healed so well you'd never know to look at me. I like to cuddle and purr so I'm looking for someone to love me for the rest of my life. Because of my hip, a quiet, stable home with no dogs or young children is best. If you take me home, you can brag to all your friends that you own a $1500 cat!

*Chopper is an incredibly sweet and handsome boy. He is a great cat - good with people and other cats. His foster mom is the one who paid for his $1500 hip surgery herself, so you know that he is a very special cat who deserves a great home! He is vaccinated, litter and harness trained*
