Background

Darwin's story starts out sad, but hopefully will have a happy ending. He was found wandering the street's of Regina unfixed and looking for unfixed females. Thankfully a caring woman saw him and contacted PFA for help. Unfortunately with foster homes over-full it took several days to arrange a place for Darwin, and by the time a spot was arranged, he had been taken to the Regina Humane Society. After working with the RHS, he was turned over to PFA's care and immediately taken to the vet to be fixed.

Darwin is now settling into the communal living situation at PetCetera. He is a very friendly fellow and comes to the edge of his cage the minute someone walks into the room. He loves being held and gives face rubs to show how happy he is to be off the streets. He's still trying to make friends with the other PFA male cats at PetCetera right now, as he's still used to the streets where males fight for territory. With time, and being fixed, he will realize that other cats are friends to hang out and play with.
