Background

Harley is yet another cat who is a victim to the lack of pet friendly housing. He was adopted from PFA in 2008 after being rescued as a kitten and now, due to a move and not being able to find pet friendly housing, this amazing kitty is back with PFA trying to get a second chance at a forever home.

Harley is very outgoing and meets everyone who comes to see him with leg rubs and "talking." He loves to be petted and purrs to show how happy he is to be getting affection. He gets along well with the other cats at PetCetera where he is being fostered.
